  • What do I need to redeem my vehicle?

    You will need a valid Washington state driver's license.

  • Who is allowed to redeem a vehicle?

    Registered, or Legal Owner Only  

  • What if I just purchased the vehicle?

    We can accept temporary title application from a dealer, or paperwork with your name as buyer. All private party sales must have a completed sellers report on file with the dol prior to impound, or you must transfer ownership prior to release.  

  • How do I redeem my rental car, or truck?

    You must have current rental documents; we do not accept expired rental agreements. 

  • What method of payments do you accept?

    Cash, Visa and Mastercard (4% processing fee will apply, business cards 5%)  

  • Do you except third party payment?

    Third party payment is accepted in cash only. 

  • Can you split my payment?

    No

  • What if I’m out of state, or country when my vehicle was impounded?

    In this special circumstance the registered owner must fill out a notarized third-party authorization and send back to us with copy of i.d. via email or fax. In this case cash will only be accepted. See link below.   

  • Why did I receive a letter?

    If you received a letter from us it is likely your vehicle is in our custody, you were listed on a seller’s report, you’re a legal owner, or you picked your vehicle up and the letter was sent prior to release.
